Concrete Pump Inspection, Repair & Compliance Support
Concrete Pump Australia supports the principal types of equipment used to move and place concrete on Australian projects. The inspection approach changes with the equipment, configuration, work history and manufacturer requirements.

Truck-mounted boom pumps combine a road-going carrier, high-pressure pumping system, articulated boom, rotating turret and stabilising outriggers. Safe service depends on the condition and interaction of each system—not the boom alone.
Line pumps may be compact, but they operate with high pressures, moving machinery, hydraulic energy and concrete-delivery components that require disciplined inspection and maintenance. We support truck-mounted, skid-mounted and specialist line-pump configurations.
We provide condition, safety-system and operating assessments for trailer-mounted concrete pumps used across residential, commercial, civil, shotcrete and grout applications. Inspection can be paired with hydraulic, mechanical or electrical rectification and a documented pipeline review.
Static and stationary pumps often form part of a larger site installation, with delivery pipelines, supports, anchors, changeover systems and a separate placing boom. We assess the pump and defined system interfaces, helping project teams document inspection, maintenance, repair and configuration requirements.
We support selected robotic shotcrete, grout and specialist pumping equipment with condition assessment, NDT, hydraulic and mechanical repairs, guarding and safety-device review, incident assessment and documented return-to-service work. Provide the manufacturer, model and equipment configuration so capability can be confirmed before mobilisation.
Delivery pipes, bends, reducers, clamps, hoses, supports and restraints carry pressurised concrete and are part of the equipment safety system. We help operators create a traceable inspection program incorporating identification, visual condition, wall-thickness measurement where appropriate, pressure suitability, clamp security, hose-end condition and discard decisions.
